After the 7 day detox, I lost 3 pounds but I looked and felt like I lost more.

It is so convenient to take your detox shake powder with you and mix with water when it is time to drink.

Taking but won't know results until next blood work.

I’m not sure it’s for me at this time, I feel like it makes me tired through out the day. It was the only thing added new to my daily routine, so I’ve decided to hold off on taking it. Perhaps I can swap it out with another product?

I have been following Dr Cabral for about a year and finally took the plunge and ordered the 21 day detox. I am just going to do the 14 day detox and will finish in a few days. This is so doable and I love the chocolate shake so much, I ordered the Daily Foundational shake for after detox. The first 2 days can do tough, but it is just 2 days. My husband is doing also. We actually enjoy the 3-7 days and have continued this in week 2 of detox. We feel so much better and each of us have lost a few pounds. This is a protocol we can stick with quarterly and will continue to do. I am excited to start my journey of healing here and have ordered a few tests. I have tried for years to find someone local, but they just don’t have the training. I have confidence that I can finally get answers to some of my issues.

It was a more easy detox than I expected. I was exhausted after day 2 and ready for a meal. I'm so glad I love all the foods I had to pick from. Since finishing the 7 day detox, I am feeling pretty well. Sleep is better each night and my joints aren't so stiff. I will do it again

I love the flavor & how it blends perfectly in either a smoothie or even on its own in a shaker bottle. It’s a part of my everyday routine now. I gave it 4 stars because the protein for two scoops is just 15g (though less in calories than most standard proteins, and those lack all other vitamins) but moreso that the bottle is small so you need to restock every 2 weeks if you’re drinking daily. The shipping time is usually a week or more so I had to stock up on two to avoid running out.

I am thankful for my naturopath suggesting this supplement. It helps me feel a difference since I have begun using it.

I started taking this supplement because my schedule doesn't leave much time for cooking, and I know my diet isn't always as balanced as it should be. It gives me peace of mind knowing I'm getting a variety of fruits and vegetables even on my busiest days. The capsules are easy to take, and adding them to my daily routine has been simple. While it's not a substitute for eating fresh produce, it's a convenient way to help fill nutritional gaps when life gets hectic.

After trying several different supplements for hot flashes with little to no improvement, I was honestly starting to think nothing would help. This is the first supplement I've found that has made a noticeable difference. My hot flashes have decreased significantly, and I'm much more comfortable throughout the day and night. I appreciate that it worked when so many other products failed to deliver results for me. If you've been struggling with hot flashes and haven't had success with other options, this one may be worth considering.

Love how easy it is to use this product! It has the 4 pills separated so you can take on the go! Great quality and no nausea with it. I have taken this daily for months now I am 36 weeks pregnant and will for sure continue taking while breastfeeding and for my next baby!

I love the chocolate and vanilla flavors. The strawberry flavor not as much. However, I do like mixing half strawberry, half vanilla into my shake. The full strawberry flavor doesn’t taste natural to me. I look forward to these shakes in the morning, and I add all sorts of things to it to for a little flair!

Easier for me. Preferably over capsules.

I love running this lab. I live in Michigan where the sun can be quite the stranger. I was just a little bit off and needed to bump up to 5000 IUs.

I wanted to try the liquid version of the fish oil. It's not for me. It bothers my stomach and I keep burping the fish oil.
