EquiLife® Centurion Mentorship

EquiLife® is excited to announce a brand new IHP partnership exclusive!

As part of training IHP Level 2s to grow their own practice and become more proficient Functional Medicine lab test readers, EquiLife is rolling out a clinical mentorship where you will be able to:

• Learn from EquiLife’s Senior Health Coaches
• Master your understanding of the Minerals & Metals Test
• Work on client case studies 
• Attend Live Q&As
• Complete case study assignment work
• Role play on labs with fellow mentorship students
• Begin to work with real clients 
• Meet with Erica Hull, VP of Health Coaching 
• Go through your hardest cases with Dr. Cabral

Our goal is that by the end of this mentorship you will feel completely comfortable reading specific at-home lab tests, creating wellness plans, providing summaries of results, and conducting lab client calls. 

The program is built in three, 4-week phases that ensure you are ready to move and advance to each new level. 

Month 1:

• Learning advanced Minerals & Metals lab test case studies
• Minerals & Metals lab test summaries 
• Minerals & Metals lab test recommendations based on the DESTRESS Protocol™
• Role playing case studies 
• (1-2) 30-minute calls per day (beginning week 3)
• Live Q&A sessions Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 12-1pm EST

Month 2:

• Understanding advanced Adrenal Hormone lab test case studies 
• Adrenal Hormone lab test summaries
• Adrenal Hormone lab test recommendations based on the DESTRESS Protocol™
• Role playing case studies 
• (2) 30-minute Minerals & Metals lab test results calls per day
• (1-2) 30-minute Adrenal Hormone lab test results calls per day (beginning week 8)
• Live Q&A sessions Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 12-1pm EST

Month 3:

• Refining your skills as a health coach
• Providing greater follow-up
• Turning calls into clients
• Sharing lifestyle & product links
• (4) 30-minute lab results calls per day (2 hours)
• Live Q&A sessions Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 12-1pm EST
• Program completion date of July 8th

Mentorship Start Date & Details 

This mentorship will last for a period of 12 weeks and run from April 15th - July 8th. It is 5 days per week and will include approximately 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week. The mandatory mentorship calls will be from 12-1pm EST (9-10am PST) Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The outside assignments and additional 1-2 hours a day of lab calls will be based on your time zone and client needs.

Centurion Mentorship Application

The EquiLife® Centurion Mentorship is open to all US residents and graduates of IHP Level 2. Successful completion of Level 2 with some completed outside lab client appointments is required before applying.

Application is highly selective and competitive since only 10-12 openings are available for this mentorship. We are looking for candidates that are passionate about Integrative Health and Functional Medicine lab testing who want to grow their career and help more people.

Mentorship Cost

A typical clinical internship in Functional Medicine lab testing is between $10,000 and $35,000 for a 3-6 month program. This is due to the fact that it takes a considerable amount of time away from day to day work and faculty to create the curriculum and hold our mentorship hours.  Plus, you are learning from the best in the world when it comes to their trade.

The EquiLife® Centurion Mentorship is free. There is no cost to be a part of this mentorship program because we believe that the world needs more IHPs and we understand that with just a little momentum we can help propel you into a career you love, doing what you love, with people you love to work with.

The EquiLife® Centurion Mentorship Graduation 

Upon successful completion of each month’s milestones, hours, and completed lab client appointments you will receive a certificate of graduation from The EquiLife® Centurion Mentorship.

Plus, the Top Mentorship Graduate will win an EquiLife® contract as a Part-Time or Full-Time Health Coach and join our EquiLife® Health Coaching team!
