As part of training IHP Level 2s to grow their own practice and become more proficient Functional Medicine lab test readers, EquiLife is rolling out a clinical mentorship where you will be able to:
Our goal is that by the end of this mentorship you will feel completely comfortable reading specific at-home lab tests, creating wellness plans, providing summaries of results, and conducting lab client calls.
EquiLife® Centurion Mentorship - LEVEL 1
The program is built in two, 4-week phases that ensure you are ready to move and advance to each new level.

Mentorship Start Date & Details
This mentorship will last for a period of 8 weeks. It will require additional time outside of live sessions for viewing modules and completing assignments. The mandatory mentorship calls will be from 12-1pm EST (9-10am PST) Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The outside assignments, additional case studies, and lab calls will be based on your time zone and client needs.
Video Submission Requirement:
As part of your application, we ask that you submit a short video (90 seconds–3 minutes) sharing why you want to join the EquiLife® Centurion Mentorship and what you hope to gain from the experience. This helps us get to know you and your passion for Integrative Health before the process begins.
Camera & Participation Policy:
Because this mentorship is highly interactive and relationship-driven, all participants are required to have their cameras on and actively participate during every live class and Q&A session. This ensures you get the most out of the mentorship and helps us build a strong, connected cohort.
Centurion Mentorship Application
The EquiLife® Centurion Mentorship is open to all US residents and graduates of IHP Level 2. Successful completion of Level 2 with some completed outside lab client appointments is required before applying.
Application is highly selective and competitive since only 10-12 openings are available for this mentorship. We are looking for candidates that are passionate about Integrative Health and Functional Medicine lab testing who want to grow their career and help more people.
Mentorship Cost
A typical clinical internship in Functional Medicine lab testing is between $10,000 and $35,000 for a 3-6 month program. This is due to the fact that it takes a considerable amount of time away from day to day work and faculty to create the curriculum and hold our mentorship hours. Plus, you are learning from the best in the world when it comes to their trade.
The EquiLife® Centurion Mentorship is free. There is no cost to be a part of this mentorship program because we believe that the world needs more IHPs and we understand that with just a little momentum we can help propel you into a career you love, doing what you love, with people you love to work with.

EquiLife® Centurion Mentorship - LEVEL 2
The next cohort for CPC Level 2 begins September 15th. Applications open August 10th — the application link will be sent to you directly.
Applications will close August 28th.
CPC Level 2 is an exclusive, invitation-only 6-week cohort designed for graduates of Level 1 who are ready to deepen their clinical understanding. This advanced level will review the Candida Metabolic & Vitamins Test in greater detail, expanding on the foundational skills and concepts learned in Level 1. The mandatory mentorship calls will be from 1-2pm EST (10-11am PST) Tuesday and Thursday. The outside assignments, additional case studies, and lab calls will be based on your time zone and client needs.
The format and structure will feel familiar, with continued guided learning, case review, and practical application.
