It may be a bit early still for reports of taking Zinc. What exactly should I be expecting in the way of results. About a week in.

I have been taking the Daily Nutritional Support for a few months now, putting it in a smoothie every morning for my breakfast. I love the taste of the vanilla and I know I'm getting the nutrition I need to get me through the day! Plus, when I add berries, it's like having a milkshake for breakfast!
