I took this faithfully for a month and noticed a huge difference in energy and the way I felt overall. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get it for a couple of months and noticed that my energy level fell some. I started taking it again and am trying to get back to the level of energy I was at and even raising it more. Feeding your mitochondria is the best thing you can do for yourself. I highly recommend this product as well as the cell boost drink mix.

I’m about to start my third round (been doing it every 6 months). It’s hard on the first couple of days but oh my that first Whole Foods meal is beautiful and delicious! It helps a lot to prep and have ingredients from the list before hand. Even choose the meals and it’s easier to stick to it. I love how it resets my tastebuds and mindset around food. It’s a total body experience and I’ll keep doing it!

I have done this detox twice since Jan 2026 and just purchased the buy 3 get 1 free. This detox has changed my life. I plan on sharing my kits with others to help them feel their best also.

The blue ring on the top came loose after only 1 week. The outside sweats and makes your hands wet. It does keep the beverage cold but I prefer no sweating of moisture on the outside of the bottle.

I've been taking this supplement religiously and my lab results have been great!

Why is Dr Cabral supporting a brand that is using folic acid instead of folate as well as the synthetic version of b12??? Really disappointing to see he’s supporting an inferior product.

I have really been enjoying the Strawberry flavor. I think it is my favorite.!

Says it’s a daily vitamin and for the price I was expecting this to last the full month. When taken everyday it lasts 2 weeks. Why sell a 2 week size container? To last a month you need to order 2 and that’s $80?!

Before you purchase this you should know that you will have to cut several locks of hair (which you cut down to 1” pieces) to have analyzed. I wanted this test because I’m on a GLP-1 which is making my hair fall out, and the minerals tested are related to hair loss. Right now those samples would be exceedingly visible, so this isn’t going to be used until my hair grows back. It sort of puts the cart before the horse.

I had no digestive issues and could see a clear decrease in puffiness in my face, neck and belly while completing the 7 day detox. I did struggle with working out because of the low caloric intake. I will definitely do this again soon.

I have always been very satisfied with Equilife supplements. I recently switched to Dr. Cabral’s Liposomal Glutathione, and the only reason I gave it a 4 is due to the taste. It’s not pleasant so I mix it with a couple tablespoons of OJ. I will continue to use it.

I'm enjoying the B Complex, I feel like it helps me focus better.
