Pure Vitamin C

Pure Vitamin C

Unless you're eating the recommended nine servings of fruit and vegetables every day you may not be supplying your body with enough Vitamin C. Making things worse, many low-quality sources of ascorbic acid are poorly absorbed and provide insufficient amounts to be effective. Pure Vitamin C is a high potency source of crystalized Vitamin C which dissolves easily in water and is easily absorbed in the body. Pure Vitamin C is an excellent source of this powerful antioxidant which supports immune health, aids collagen synthesis, and repairs skin.

The Science

Vitamin C is one of the most useful nutrients for human health. Vitamin C is essential for the synthesis of collagen and glycosaminoglycans, the building materials of all connective tissues, including skin, blood vessels, tendons, joint cartilage, and bone. Vitamin C is also essential for normal wound healing and capillary health and is known to be one of the most powerful antioxidants, donating electrons to reduce the impact of free radicals. Yet despite its many uses, vitamin c deficiencies are surprisingly common. Vitamin C is present in many fruits and vegetables like oranges and yellow peppers, but unless you are getting nine full servings of fruits and vegetables a day, you may be under-supplying yourself with this critical nutrient.

Difficult to mix

Love that it is simply vitamin c but having a hard time finding things to mix it in without it adding a funky taste...definitely would prefer to take this in pill form.

Good product

I put the Vitamin C powder right in with my smoothie in the morning. It gives it a little bit of a sweet taste. Sometimes I’ll put it just in water and it’s tastes great.
