Vitamin C is one of the most useful nutrients for human health. Vitamin C is present in many fruits and vegetables like oranges and yellow peppers, but unless you are getting nine full servings of fruits and vegetables a day, you may be under-supplying yourself with this critical nutrient.
Love that it is simply vitamin c but having a hard time finding things to mix it in without it adding a funky taste...definitely would prefer to take this in pill form.

I put the Vitamin C powder right in with my smoothie in the morning. It gives it a little bit of a sweet taste. Sometimes I’ll put it just in water and it’s tastes great.
