We ship from our United States-based warehouse Monday – Friday. Typically, international orders arrive at their final destinations within 5-7 business days. If your order has not arrived after 8 business days, please feel free to contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

*We’re unable to deliver to international P.O. Boxes and can only accept international orders with a valid street address.
International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT), along with shipping charges will be calculated into your final order total during Checkout. International taxes, tariffs, and value-added tax (VAT) costs are determined by each individual country. We have no control over these amounts and 100% of these costs are paid to the country. By collecting these funds up-front, your order will be expedited locally and delivered without interruption. You will not be required to pay any additional fees (no COD) at the time of order delivery.
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes EquiLife to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees EquiLife may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
If you're interested in purchasing a Lab Kit from us, please check with your country’s regulations on shipping your sample back to this US. Also, please be aware that international return shipping is not included with the purchase of a Lab Kit.

We've received feedback about slow transit times for international orders exceeding $1000 USD due to customs delays. We are currently working to solve this issue and hope to have it resolved soon.
