I always travel with these to make sure any new bacteria that I'm introduced to does not disrupt my stomach. It's also not easy to find fermented vegetables when traveling so this is an easy source for probiotics.

Using as part of the limited CBO
I’ve just started using this product as part of the limited CBO. I had a tiny bit of nausea with starting it, but it quickly dissipated after 2-3 days of use. It’s a gentle probiotic and I’m excited to see how my health improves with continued use.
Whole Food Bars
I read that both flavors, the chocolate and apple crisp are delicious so I ordered both and they really are delicious. I highly recommend both flavors. I will be keeping both of these on subscription. Very difficult to find both nutritious and healthy food bars in the stores.

I’ve received an email stating that my test was received, but results are 2-3 weeks out. So, I don’t know if I’m satisfied or not! I’ll tell you in 2 - 3 weeks!
