Members of Dr. Cabral’s Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP) Level 1 or Level 2 Certification course will be automatically eligible 30 days after starting the course.

Those who do not wish to make a profit on the products are welcome to use creative ideas to give back to their clients! For example, you could save your commissions and use the money earned to purchase products that can then be used for client giveaways, etc.

Each time someone makes a purchase through your unique link, it will show up in TUNE as a conversion on your conversion report. These conversions are then eligible to be paid out 60 days after they were made. This accounts for our standard 60-day return window. Payouts are issued on a weekly basis.

Please note that your unique link is the only way we can track your sales. If someone forgets to use your link, we will unfortunately not be able to provide payment on those sales.

However, please note that your link tracks customers for 30 days. So once somebody clicks on your link, you will receive credit for anything they purchase up to 30 days after they initially clicked.

Unfortunately, no. This is a commission-based program, meaning you earn commission for product purchases that are associated with the unique tracking link you share.

Currently, we do not offer a code to use at check-out to track your sales.

When you log in to TUNE, you will see your “Dashboard”, including an area called “Quick Stats: Last 7 Days”. This provides an aggregated 7-day snapshot of Clicks, Conversions, Payout and YTD Payout.

If your affiliate/ambassador account in TUNE is active and someone made a purchase by clicking on your link, you should see that conversion show up in your dashboard when you log into your account.

If you’re certain that your client used your link to purchase and you still do not see the conversion, please email ambassador@equi.life with the Order Number and the link that you sent to your client so we can investigate the issue further.

The goal of our newsletters is to introduce our latest products and promotions. By creating product awareness, it is our intent to assist you in your communication and merchandising efforts with your clients. You will NOT lose sales through our newsletter since your clients are being tracked for 30 days after clicking your link. So even if your client decided to purchase directly through our email newsletter, you would still receive credit if they’ve clicked on your link in the last 30 days.
