I have tried quite a few different kinds of "non flavored" protein shakes, and this is by far the best one. I cannot tolerate stevia, monk fruit etc so I am forced to use plain unflavored.
Equi.life does not taste gritty; it really has no taste which I am fine with. I add coconut cream and frozen fruit. I take this with the multi vitamin and daily fruit and vegetable capsules and I am good to go.
