IMPORTANT: The name used to purchase any lab (via the EquiLife store) must EXACTLY MATCH the name listed on the submitted samples for testing. If this test is to be completed by someone else (family, friend, etc.) please email us at email@example.com to let us know the name of the person we should expect results for. If we are not alerted of this, you may experience a significant delay in receiving your results.
Shipping Your Sample to the Lab
US Only: Please use the domestic shipping label provided.
Note: HTMA and Omega samples should be sent back via regular mail with postage stamp.
International: You are responsible for arranging shipping and associated costs of sending your sample back to the lab. Please contact your local post office to find the most appropriate way to send internationally, tracking is recommended.
Scheduling Your Lab Coaching Call
Once your lab results are ready, you will receive an email from our scheduling team with instructions detailing how to set up your appointment with a member of our health coaching team on our secure telehealth portal EquiLife Health Coach.
Results are typically ready after 3-4 weeks once samples have reached the lab, it may take longer for international samples.
