Once you purchase your lab selection call you will receive an email from our scheduling team within one business day. This email will detail instructions for booking your appointment within our secure telehealth platform EquiLife Health Coach. You will also receive instructions for filling out the necessary forms and how to join the call at the time of your appointment. You will connect with a member of our Health Coaching Team. Health Coaches have been hand selected and trained by Dr. Cabral.
The lab selection call is 20 minutes.
We recommend coming to your appointment prepared with a list of your primary concerns and/or health goals as well as any questions that you may have. You may consider reviewing what lab tests we have available, in order to ask more detailed questions.
After your lab selection call, you will receive a coupon code from your health coach within the chat function of the EquiLife Health Coach platform. Your health coach will also list what labs they recommended in order of priority. This coupon code is good for purchases only; it will not work with EasyPay options.
Your lab selection coupon can be applied towards a lab purchase or other EN store purchase within seven days of your appointment.
Your lab selection coupon is redeemable for seven days after your lab selection call.
Your lab selection call is limited to advice for you only. If you wish to discuss a family member, we recommend booking another lab selection call.
This call is limited to recommendations about lab testing. Once you purchase a lab, which comes with an included health coaching call, you will receive detailed recommendations from your health coach regarding your lab results and lab-related health concerns.
This call is limited to a brief health discussion and recommendations on what lab test(s) to choose going forward. Once you purchase a lab, which comes with an included health coaching call, you will receive detailed recommendations from your health coach regarding your current lab results and lab-related health concerns.
