Day 4

You made it to Day 4!

I hope you're doing great and that you enjoyed Day 3 getting to have nutritious whole food meals again.

For many yesterday was the day they realized that they could finish the 7 days strong and that they were beginning to feel the true detox benefits.

And, I've gotten numerous emails talking about some amazing results already...

But the Best Is Yet to Come!

Today, it's ideal to just remain steady and stay with the plan.

Take your time and drink your AM Daily Detox Shake slowly over the course of an hour.

This will keep you more satiated and time release the nutrition and vegan-based protein into your body.

I Consider Today the "Big Push Day."

Once you finish Day 4 you'll have solidified your ability to maintain this healthy lifestyle eating regimen.

This is also a good time to begin exercising again as you would have before the detox.

By now, you should have most of your energy back and beginning to restore even more.

The Shift is Starting

Not only is your physiology (body) changing, but your psychology (mind) is shifting as well...

(Simply stay relaxed and begin to notice how your thought process & body is beginning to feel "different.")

As you're going through today I want you to become aware all of the good you're doing for your body.

I want you to also still stay mindful when eating lunch and dinner, and begin to retrain your brain.

It's time to make the shift from living to eat to eating to live. It's about choosing foods that empower our bodies, so that we can get the most out of our lives - and the only way to rejuvenate your life is to improve your energy, mood, mind, nervous system, hormones, fat burning, and vitality.
