I bought this for a knee injury. I use it every morning for 20 minutes. Combined with PT and supplements I think this is speeding my recovery.

I purchased ms the tri-light panel and the wrist band for myself. My wife came down with vertigo right after the products arrived. I put the wrist band on her wrist and the tri-light on the side of her head. Her vertigo cleared up later in the day. The bout of vertigo was so serious it was making her vomit. That usually takes her a week to get over the more serious symptoms.

Comes in a box that seems built to last (good first impression). Just about the right amount of product information (not too much, not too little). Had to look to find where it plugs in, under the backing mat. Once plugged in, the cord has to take a 90 degree turn before exiting the pouch. I'd prefer there not be a built-in stress on the cord/connector. My last mat (different brand) developed a loose connection and finally stopped working. So I'm careful not to yank on it.
I don't have any specific medical issue to address, except whatever muscular issues arise. Quick first session on upper legs (me) and feet (Mom) felt really good. The warmth really penetrates even through clothing. Excited about my first serious foray into frequency medicine!

I am enjoying the panel as it has really helped with some of the inflammation in my knees and I feel its helping with the veins in my legs as well
