Very good for keeping things cold, but not totally leak proof! Sleek design. The lid is a bit difficult to clean.
I didn’t like that it was very full when I put the 20oz of water in, it didn’t give me very much room to add the nutritional shake scoops. I didn’t even use it, I used my shaker bottle with a mixing ball in it. A shaker bottle works better for this.
